Thermo Electric succeeded to design and manufacture a 4” square glass substrate with a total of 32 temperature sensing elements.
At Thermo Electric, we now have the expertise to manufacture instrumented wafers as small as 5mm2 up to 550mm2 with from 1 thermocouple to 50 thermocouples installed on many type of different substrates such as Silicon, Silicon Carbide, Glass, Aluminum Titanium Carbide, copper and more!
This level of manufacturing expertise required to deliver such complex type of designs is the proof of Thermo Electric’s unique expertise and innovative capability to support the semiconductor industry with state of the art temperature measurement solutions.
