Following our last year innovative development with the manufacturing of a 40 points instrumented wafer, Thermo Electric succeeded is proud to communicate a new record with the design and manufacturing of an even more challenging solution: A highly customized 300mm Instrumented Wafer with a total of 49 measurement points, thermocouples.
The level of manufacturing expertise required to deliver such a complex design is another proof of Thermo Electric’s unique expertise to support the semiconductor industry with state of the art temperature measurement solutions.
These Instrumented Wafers will be used to measure temperature uniformity across our customer’s system with high accuracy. Our solution was delivered with our data acquisition equipment and software. Thermo Electric’s data acquisition (TEDAQ) and temperature mapping software tools allow for accurate capture and analysis of temperature data of our customized instrumented wafers.
Thermo Electric has the technical expertise to design and manufacture any type of Instrumented Wafer (Surface Mount, Bonded Wafer, Thermocouple or RTD) that are needed for any special semiconductor application that our customers might need.
